HOW WE SHIP

Fresh Set is a small-batch, independently owned brand. Every order is packed by hand with care — and that means processing times reflect the reality of a small operation doing its best to get your order out the door quickly.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days of purchase. During peak seasons (holidays, summer outdoor season), processing may take closer to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

SHIPPING METHOD
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and order size. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES (after shipment)
• Standard: 3–5 business days
• Expedited options may be available at checkout

Please note: delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
